Coding Habits You Have To Stop Doing Now

When you start programming, you become a different person. You develop a unique style and working attitude. This attitude determines how far you will go with your programming skills.

Every programmer has a different journey to becoming a developer. One might learn things that most other programmers wouldn’t. It leads to many developers building some habits.

If you’re working as a software team, you might often check other members’ codes to see how they do it. Sometimes doing a lot of coding can frustrate the programmers — eventually leading them to overlook an error.

I had a habit where I wouldn’t check my assignments before submitting them during my university days. This habit became troublesome for me when I had to do coding as coding is all about making it perfect, simple, and error-free.

So, every coder must admit to their shortcomings and overcome them. It’s best not to rely on others to pinpoint your coding mistakes, as you can pretty much do it yourself.
